The production time does not include transportation time, regardless of which shipping method is selected at checkout.We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 1 business day, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder.

Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

INTERNATIONALS SHIPPING TAX

If you're shipping to a country outside the U.S., your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are excluded in the express cost you paid and levied once your package reaches your country. WESTCOBBLER is NOT responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for international deliveries. But you can contact us for an invoice Please note that the shipping carrier may pay on your behalf for any duties and taxes, as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in the shortest possible transit time. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from them after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at the destination, plus a small administration fee. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on importing products.

MILITARY ADDRESS

Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or any of the US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Island or APO and FPO military addresses will be shipped via USPS Regular Service only. For military orders, delivery times can be upwards of 15-20 business days.

AUTOMATIC RETURNS AND WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. If you would like to change your shipping address, please write to us at service@westcobbler.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. For more information on how to return your order click here. The only thing we can do is to wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you a refund.

All the orders and orders with high value products are signature requested. If the signature request is waived or you have signature exemption agreement with FedEx, DHL or TNT, WESTCOBBLER will no longer be responsible for any lost or damage of the package.

We are glad to provide return and exchanges service, If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to make a return, please return it in its original packaging and follow our return and exchange policy.

 

1. WHAT KIND OF PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNTED ADN EXCHANGED?

 a. Products in the same condition as you received, it must be unaltered, unworn, undamaged, no washing, no glue or tape on it, containing no signs of wear, no styling or odor. Please send a video to us to pre-check before you exchange or return it, and we will double check when we receive it.  

 b. Products have original package.

  c. Products are returned within 30 days of the order delivery date

NOTICE: We do not provide return and exchange service for custom orders and pre-cut orders. 

2. EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

a.  We provide one free exchange chance to all products which must obey all conditions as RULE showed. Furthermore the shipping fee and customs clearance fee will be afforded by you.

b.  If you want to exchange a second time, there is a 15% restocking fee, besides that and the shipping fee and customs clearance fee will be afforded by you. 

c.  If the exchange item(s) costs more than your first order, we will contact you to obtain the payment difference for the additional amount. Any exchange balance will be refunded onto your original payment method.

d.  You could change your order at any time before it has been shipped for free. Once it has been shipped and it is on the way to you, it cannot be changed or canceled.

e. If you are not satisfied with your exchange, you could return it for a refund. please follow the refound policy.

f. Return and exchange address will be sent to you by e-mial when you apply to return or exchange.

3. REFUND POLICY

 Monetary Refund

a.  All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

b. Besides restocking fee, the shipping fee and customs clearance fee will be afford by you, and it will be deducted from the refounds. 

c. Refund appliation will be approved within 72 hours, and you will receive the money within 1 week.

 *Please note: If there is a delay in payment, please check with your bank, because they may take several days to process the credit back to your account.

 We will notify you immediately when we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
